Any good flavor, simple 16mm RDAs around?

I just got a beautiful little JM mech and Im now on the hunt for a good simple not too airy but not too tight of a draw 16mm RDAs?

I need a simple , single coil , side air preferable atty. My priority is taste , but do like a nice air flow. Also its a brushed finish , so it would be nice if it matched.

Any one have an old Chris Creations Fatty V2 in drawer?

You can rebuild the coils. the .75 coils are nice on a mech. I use them in the 14 mm version.
They also have 1.2 and 1.5 coils.
Cheechako on ECF will tell you how to rebuild them.

Then if you mean just, small normal RDA's, there's things like the old school Atomic atomizers that were used as ancient vaping juice testers.

I used to have an Atomic. I think it's 20mm though.

The Cyclone can be found bf or tf. I have one of those, too. I need to drill it out again though because it's too tight of a draw for me.

Uh, oxidize the shit out of your SS mesh with a torch, when you think it's too much, it's too little. You can combine silica or cotton with the mesh, but I don't recommend this because the one shining 'pro' of Genesis tanks from the ancient times is they give flavor like the old school cartomizer tanks used to. But prepare to get pissed off at it. A lot.

Im prepared for the frustration, and the tantrums and obscenities. I tried it years ago and did get it right 1 out 10 times, but I was new at all this now that I kinda understand the reasons behind the steps, Maybe I will get it right.

This time there wont be as much pressure in taking my time. ITs not as if I dont have 12 other atomizers sitting at my side that I can vape while Im frustrated.

Saw a couple how to's on YT and I like Todds Reviews method. I have 3 different weaves of mesh and lots of it so I can get 3 wicks done and bag them in a labeled bag so I can be ready to swap it out if needed or if I mess up. LOL "IF" I will mess it up, Im sure of it.

That I'm not sure about. I know JMK sells top caps for it that may allow you to use a standard 510 drip tip. Lemme check.

From the pics on the JMK site it appears that you can use a standard 510 drip tip with his top caps. The SS top caps are sold out at the moment but he seems to re-stock regularly.

I have a Vicious Ant 16mm with AFC and the driptip for it held on by an oring externally. Nice, really flavorful vape. Lowest I've gone is .5 with a dual coil set up, got the little thing a bit hot after 6 or so toot.

I just found a little RDA thats been on my wish list for a long time. Its always sold out. But they got in one last batch. Its by Animodz , it the "Chihuahua" a little 17mm atty. Looks so simple and its also so simple looking. I broke down and ordered it.

Its the closest to the Fatty in design , cant get more simple than that deck.

They have a few left at Vapstor.fr

Anavidfan - let me know what you think of the Origen 16. JMK has Ultem top caps for the Origen 16 if you want something sooner. Not sure if you like Ultem or not.

Im not a big fan of yellow or gold. Wish ultem came in smoky/ black tone.

Well got the Origen little 16 and so far so good. Did a standard coil on one side, tended to get flooded fast. Did a coil in the center but sort of angled across and so much better.

Taste great, lots of clouds. Bit warmer than the reg V3 dripper, but being so tiny not surprising. WHen I pop a new coil , I might get it to about 1.0 instead of 0.80 .

BTW, it does come with both a BF connection and 510 and you can use any DT or pop any dt in the white tip it comes with. I chose my own.

You know the worst part about getting new atties is for me?

I study and research, watch videos but what most reviewers leave out one little detail that would really help.

NO SIDE (boob) shots. Its not life or death, but it would help in number of tries when setting up if they could show the height of the coil.

UPdate on the Origen little 16. So far the best flavor of all the atties I have.

I see why they put what I think is an ugly drip tip, at least it could have been black. It does get warm, HOT when taking real long deep hits in a row.

I put the white thing back on and I put a reg drip tip on that. Looks a bit awkward / long but it does cool the DT down. Kinda like the flavor with out the "heat sink" so I either have to slow down or deal with the ugly white heat sink.
