Any vape store in SC or VA that ships all orders for free?

Can anybody suggest a vape store in VA or SC that carries name brand ejuice and ships all orders for free? Thank you for any assistance.

Not in SC.. that i know of.. at least in the Upstate..

Thanks. I was trying to find something very close to NC, but out of state to avoid sales tax.....with free shipping as well. Giant Vapes seems to be the "closest" I have found so far. I figured any state beside NC would make shipping time very quick.

nc sales tax is 6.75 if i am correct.
