Anyone else having this issue with the subtank coils?

Just opened up my tank to find this for the 2nd time. Coil only had 1 tank of juice through it. Anyone else have this issue?

I am not 100% sure of what I am looking at.

In the picture, the wick looks a little dry perhaps.

What are the symptoms?

That's a new one to me. I'd contact Kangertech and let them know, in order for them to improve quality control. Send the a picture of the housing showing the imprints. I think one of them is the code for the factory that manufactured the head.

I already emailed them this morning but didn't include a picture. I will send them one if I get a reply.

Weird never had that happen. I just had bad dry hit issues with the OCC coils, rba coil for me

Update:
I got an email back from them and the only thing they said was that they couldn't replace them because I purchased the coils more than 14 days ago. They didn't give any explanation as to why 2 out of 5 cracked. If this helps the factory code(i guess) is 5A.
