Anyone have a recipie for Butterscotch Krimpets? Maybe something even close?

I've never heard of those, so I looked up the ingredient list: http://www.shopwell.com/tastykake-butterscotch-krimpets/desserts/p/2560000396 . It's a very processed snack food, so not a very useful list - but the last ingredient is one to make note of (nutmeg). I wouldn't have expected that.
If this homemade equivalent: http://bakingbites.com/2009/06/homemade-butterscotch-krimpets/ is similar to the TastyKake version, then it's a twinkie-like cake with butterscotch and a little nutmeg. In DIY lingo, it's your favorite butterscotch, perhaps a little TFA Brown Sugar, (probably very tiny bit) of TFA Holiday Spice for the nutmeg, a basic cake or vanilla cupcake flavor, and extra vanilla. I know that's not a recipe, but might help anyone who wants to make one.

That's all I could find. I did see a make at home recipe that uses a pound cake mix.
I don't know why I didn't go and look at the ingrediants as well but honestly, I did not even think to. This is a great start and yes, it is definitely a good starting point. Thanks for your help!
