I've never heard of those, so I looked up the ingredient list:

If this homemade equivalent:
http://bakingbites.com/2009/06/homemade-butterscotch-krimpets/ is similar to the TastyKake version, then it's a twinkie-like cake with butterscotch and a little nutmeg. In DIY lingo, it's your favorite butterscotch, perhaps a little TFA Brown Sugar, (probably very tiny bit) of TFA Holiday Spice for the nutmeg, a basic cake or vanilla cupcake flavor, and extra vanilla. I know that's not a recipe, but might help anyone who wants to make one.
