Looking to get more stable nickel builds, thought about doing 30 gauge ni200 around 22 kanthal. Any advice would be great

Tightly twisted 30g is as stable as 26g nichrome if you twist it to the max. When it breaks with a drill twisting just twist the other side till that end breaks and it should have a .35 twist pitch. 6/7 wrap will ohm around .11-.12 depending how tight its twisted.
