Anyone who owns a Smok X Cube 2

I am need of asking anyone that own a Cube a few question .
I am having a few problems with mine and was wondering if anyone is having the same problems .
#1 I find it hard to get into sub menus
#2 having problems with Cube not recognizing that there is a tank TFV4 on and prompt
" check atomizer"
I love the thing when it is working , HUGE flavour hits .
Any info would help me decide if it is the cube at fault or the operator ME!!!
just want to know if it needs to be sent back while it is still under warranty.

Its buggy are you using the Bluetooth or are you just using the menu system? when it works its fine when it acts up which is most of the time
its a freaking nightmare

I do use Bluetooth when I can get the bloody thing to turn on , hence getting into the sub menu on the mod itself

How are you getting into the menu?

I dont use the app for anything, it doesnt work well and most things can be adjusted without it that you would change on a daily basis. The TFV4 issue could be from the coilhead not completely tightened or your 510 needs cleaning..

three clicks of the fire button then scan through the menu but once i click on ( lets say ) turn bluetooth on it just goes back to normal screen . without turning it on

I have tightened the whole tank but still having problems , Please explain what a 510 is and how i clean whatever it is

If you are trying to turn bluetooth on press the + - button at the same time it will say either on or off

Maybe that is where my bad is , I'll give it a go once I get back home

I don't use the blutooth, only because I can never remember my stinking password. The only problem I have with accessing the menu from the mod is waiting for each selection to time out to get to next selection. I do occasionally get the 'check atomizer', with a fremax starre sub ohm tank, more often than not the coil backed off when I opened the tank to fill and the mod isn't reading a complete circuit. Easy fix for me, Just tighten up the coil. The one that gets me is when I fill the tank and get the 'New coil?' prompt. No matter what, hitting NO doesn't work. I have to select yes to keep going.

Same here !
For me it's not anything to do with the tank , as I put the same tank onto the Eleaf 100w I don't have a problem getting it to fire up .
