This is my first original recipe. I took a look at a description of an actual apricot fig chutney and came up with this. I made it during my batch of first mixes. At first, I wasn't sure if I liked it, but I have been really enjoying it after going back to it after it has steeped for a few months. I made this 50/50 ratio.
