Arctic coils question- rinse in h20?

Can I rinse, air dry, and store my .2 coil without consequence? I have used about 2 tanks through it...

I want to do this to try the .5 coil...

Can I rinse, air dry, and store my .2 coil without consequence? I have used about 2 tanks through it...

I clean mine (used to clean, rather - I don't bother with pre-built coils anymore) with pure grain alcohol: just drop them in a glass of alcohol overnight, let them dry for a few hours, then drop a couple of drops of VG on the wick / coil and on the O-rings to prevent them from drying up in storage.
