Arctic tank flooding like crazy

I just picked up an arctic tank after loving my friends, I primed it, let it sit then went to vape and it just gurgles at any wattage from 35-60. I took it apart dried it and when I put it back together it just instantly floods the bottom of the coil before I even hit it. I'm using 80 vg juice with the .2 bdtc coil so I can't see what the problem would be

The coil is trash then right? I'll have to take a look. My subtank mini is down without coils right now so this is a big bummer not being able to vape. Hopefully the .5 it came with is okay.

The coil should be ok if it's just the gasket that seals the coil to the base. I have interchanged them to get a working setup

Okay, well I tried drying it one more time, checked the o-ring and put another tank threw it at 60w ( as high as I can go) and it cleared up. I guess I wasn't breaking it in at a high enough wattage for this beast.

Yea breaking it low doesn't work like all the coils I've used before, flavor is getting better now too.
