Arctic V8 Black Paint Chipping

Hi guys, so question about paint wearing off inside black arctic v8 tank....on the inside of the lower section where the glass sits I have noticed it is chipping down to the silver all the way around. My query is whether or not I should keep using this tank or is it a bad idea because the paint could be inhaled etc?

Wash it real good...

Scrape off any paint that is loose enough to scrape off and wash it real good.
Might end up with a silver tank, but you wont have to worry about getting paint particles in your lungs.

I ended up with a silver mutation x that way.

thanks for the input guys! Off to scraping i go. I might just shelve it completely as I have the gold and stainless new in box. My only concern is that I just ordered the black v8 mini and I hope it isn't a waste ending up the same way. Strange as none of my crowns tfv's have done this.

Is it authentic or a clone?

The mutation I posted above is a clone.
One of 3 that I got from fasttech (along with 2 V3s and 2 Yep RDAs), but it is the only one with that issue so far.

As far as I know its authentic, the code came back good on horizon site. One interesting thing is the kit came with both the v4 and v8 coils yet all sites including horizons site shows it coming with the g2 and v4. Of the two others in box still one is the same and the other is as listed on the site. Strange? The black and stainless both came from ecig.com with the different coils and the gold came from breazy...
