I got my Aromamizer Supreme directly from Steancrave about a month ago.
Straight out of the box I noticed that something was wrong with it.
1. The JFC ring wouldn't budge unless I loosened the chimney part.
2. The AFC ring was too loose.
3. The JFC bars were not aligned properly with the dot above them, meaning that when fully closed the dot was around 1 cm to the left away from the bars.
4. The deck was wobbly inside the base cover even when tightened.
5. The base cover was covered in spots that looked like rust to me.
Once I contacted Steamcrave and supplied with all the details I got a reply that went something like this:
"We know all about these issues, how about a 5$ coupon for your next buy"
WTF? Are you fucken kidding me?
Like I would buy anything else after all of this.
Eventually I got them to send me a replacement base cover and JFC ring and now everything is fine.
So in conclusion, Steamcrave's quality assurance and their customer service should have done a much better job, especially since it's so much more expensive then the competition.
Is it a good tank? Yes
Is it worth the money? Most definitely not.
Got a SMOK TF-RDTA on pre-order and I have a feeling it's going to be just as good for less then half the price.
