After being unable to reprise his role for 2016's four-show Arrowverse crossover (which also doubled as Arrow's 100th episode), Colin Donnell reprised his role as Tommy Merlyn for the first time in years. In "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 2," Donnell played the Fatherland-following Earth-X Nazi doppelgänger of Tommy... and in doing so brought a popular fan theory to life.
