Alexander Calvert (The Returned, Bates Motel) and Echo Kellum (Ben and Kate) will play Anarky and Mr. Terrific, respectively, in Arrow's upcoming fourth season.
According Comic Book Resources, Calvert will first appear in the second episode as Lonnie Machin (aka Anarky) who "is a deranged freelancing criminal who is willing to do whatever it takes to impress a potential employer."
