Oliver Queen took a huge risk by pretending to be on board with the whole becoming Al Sah-him and then Ra's al Ghul business. His decision put the lives of his friends in extreme danger, and it doesn't seem like there's a way out. At least, there wouldn't be if they didn't know a speedster. Photos from "My Name is Oliver Queen" show The Flash shows up in Nanda Parbat, presumably to help everyone escape.
