Hello i just recently bought the ileaf 30w stick and kanger subtank. I got the kanger subtank because of the occ atomizers. Im a mouth to lung vaper. I liked how my mini nautilus works but dont like the ceramic paper in the wicking. My question is, can i use one of the extra coils from the kanger subtank box to rebuild a nautilus mini bvc atomizer with that and the organic cotton also from the kanger subtank package?

um ,I don’t think that is very feasible.. The Min Bvc coils are quite tiny to work on. Don’t think you are supposed to gut them due to the fibres in the bvc coil becoming airborne and inhaled. When they are saturated it is not a problem. I use both the occ coils and bvc in there respected devices. The kranger Occ coils are used for lung inhales. And the Mini BVC i use for mouth to lung inhales.
Have you tryed using the rba deck on kranger subtank.? u could easily rebuild it with cotton and do lung inhales. That is how i run my subtanks 95% of the time.

Yes i put the airflow on the single hole and im using the .5 head that came preinstalled. I loved the mouth to lung hit from the nautilus mini but i dont trust the ceramic paper in the bvc atomizer. Its to rough for mouth to lung hit with the kanger subtank with .5 coil to me . I bought the subtank because the atomizers are occ. If i cant use the extra coil to rebuild the mini bvc to use the nautilus mini with the occ then maybe i should try the 1.2 ohm atomizer with the kanger subtank instead, to see if i can mouth to lung hit it that way.
sure but i find the Subtank is a lung hitter and the Nautilis mini is a mouth to lung. ur kinda doing it backwards . Try opening all the air holes up to max on .5ohm or 1.2 and do a direct lung inhale on the sub tank. Is that better? I Cant t do mouth to lung hits on any air holes it just burns. lol
I can do the lung hit just feel its harder on my lungs . Just my opinion dont know the truth but tried to research it.

The vape stores here dont have menthol ice 100% vg . So ill have to wait for order again if i want lower nic. Im gonna try the 1.2 ohm on lower watts to see if i can mouth to lung maybe?

If the wire gauge is the same why not? Though I think it will be a problem because of the length of the leads. I could be wrong about that though.
