Atomizer Short & Issues w RDA (Goon)

Hey everyone

I have 3 mods that I use frequently - Therion DNA 75, Minikin v2, and VooPoo Drag.

I use a Goon 1.5 and have some issues with the Minikin. The problem is that the ohm reading on the mod jumps around constantly and it changes to quality of the vape to the point where I just can't use the device anymore. This doesn't happen on either the Therion or the Drag, only the Minikin.

When I travel I use a Baby Beast and the Minikin works fine, ohm reading nice and steady all the time. I've checked the build and everything is nice and tight and no shorts or anything. Like I said, no trouble on the Therion or Drag...

Also, the other day I bought a Smok Majesty mod (X Baby Kit was on sale for less than €40). It arrived today and when I try and vape with the Goon I get an 'atomizer short' message. Again, this doesn't happen on the Therion or Drag and I double checked the build just to be sure.

Any ideas / suggestions would be much appreciated.

If it makes a difference I am vaping with just a single coil in the Goon.

OK, problem solved with the Majesty. I tried vaping using the Baby Beast which worked fine and then just changed to the Goon and it works now. Go figure.

Would still appreciate any comments re the minikin tho. Such a good mod, feels great in the hand and it's a shame I can't use it with rebuildables

My off-the-cuff guess is: the mod 510 pin.. Could be it's jammed too deep, or a loose connection.

These issues can crop up when you switch and swap atty/mods and the atty tend to all vary in pin length.

Clean the bottom pin on the goon.
I use 1200 grit sandpaper and lightly scuff mine up
