ATOMIZER SHORT Tesla 120w wood

I have the Smok TFV 4 and I also use the Aspire Triton tanks. Neither one are being detected by the Tesla 120. I continually get atomizer short, I have tried adjusting the pins on both tanks and also on the mod itself. Attached are some pictures as well looking for any advice someone might be able to help

Having the same problem on my Snow Wolf 200w I have the triple coil in the tfv4 and it won't work. Can't find any solutions online
