I wouldn't think that a slogan such as "All the pleasure without the tar" or "Scientifically proven safer than cigarettes" would be considered "false or misleading claims" when it came to vaping.

I would understand slogans such as "It's only water vapor" or "It's completely safe" being problems but I have never heard of any vendor saying anything like that.
