While I'm happy to see the overall positive tone of this article, there are some points to take issue with:

Vapes (sometimes, incorrectly, called e-cigarettes) supplied with small amounts of nicotine dissolved in water

Come on now, e-liquid has little if any water in it. Let's no misrepresent what it is.

Despite remaining illegal, vapers continue to import and even self-mix their own nicotine solutions. These unregulated products pose a significant risk to consumers

If someone is going to make the claim that DIY e-liquids are dangerous, I think they should back that claim up with more rationale than just,

a regulatory framework can ensure that consumers can stay informed and vape safely.
