Avocado flavor or substitutes anyone?

Hi Folks,

i was wanted to test avocado like flavor, but haven't found anything on the web that is not on oil basis. Have anyone found a flavor supplier or substitutes?

For the taste, my personal experience almost match avocadocentral's description:

• Distinctive
• Mild, delicate
• Green/grassy, fresh and slightly sweet

I've tried fresh cream to get the distinctive mild delicate part, but have not succeed in getting this green fresh taste. Sweet will come from other flavors or sweetener, so i plan to leave that one out.
