So I noticed my charger sometimes says my batteries are fully charged and its reading 4.19v, today, I noticed a couple of my batteries say they are done charging but they are reading at 4.21v? Is this an issue?

To be honest I don't think I would trust any of these chargers to be reading accurate to the hundredths of a volt. I think you are fine.

I have a $350 and a $600 Fluke multimeter that wont agree with each other sometimes that low and I will have more faith in what they are reading over the readout on a charger.

4.20 volts is the optimal charger termination voltage. 4.25 is the limit. Your charger terminating within .01 up or down of 4.20 is fine.

No worries I have purposely charged batteries way beyond spec (dont ask Im insane) then cycled them refreshed them etc... its just the charger algorithm that does not always cut off at exactly the right moment .

Ah I see! A side note, I see a lot of people hating on AW batteries on here, to my understanding they are run by a pretty good company, with an involved owner.

They are rewraps of top quality cells, they are just tested for quality control; throwing out the duds.

Am I missing something?! lol

Okay good! I started using them and continue to use them and they have served me great with no problems at all. I have no urge to use anything else.

I run 18650s in a mech, leave the house at 8 come back at 5, considerable amount of vaping time with driving, vape breaks and lunch, come back throw it on the charger and I'm still around 3.65-3.8v some days.

Damn! I vape about 10 during the work week, 20 on the weekends.

I think these batteries serve me well because how I care for them as well.

I never run em too too low and I charge em up at the lowest possible setting (.25) yes they take a while but I have enough on hand that it doesn't make one bit a difference.

(Correct me if I'm wrong, still coming out of the newbie stage lol)

My wrappers say LGHE2. Pretty sure that's what cell is under the wrapper. Any idea what cell is under your AW wrapper?

I hate to tell you how many 18650s I go through a day...

I started with the old AW 18650s in a Provari and Reos (bought from RTD vapor). They were good, reliable batteries back in the day, but mine are old button tops so I don't use them anymore!
