Most of that list is pretty good, but I take exception to this:

11. Batteries should be replaced after at least 1 year of use – more often under high-stress applications like vaping.

Did a battery vendor sneak this part in?

Power tools and electric cars stress batteries just as much as vaping does, and vaping may stress them a great deal less, depending on one's vaping style. Somehow, I can't imagine Tesla or Makita suggesting replacing batteries every year.
