I've been trying to find a link I was reading (sorry, haven't found it yet). There's LiFePO or LiFePO4 in 350 size that's the safest down to sub ohming. Probably the only battery that's safe for that. You need a charger capable of charging it but they're not expensive. You can get one for less than $10

LiPo/LiFe and those style batteries are more commonly used in the rc world. But they are found in vapourisers too such as the mpv, vaporshark, hanas, and a few others. They can be round or square. I prefer them to the standard batteries we use in vape because they tend to be higher in capacity and have higher c ratings/amp limits

mm, very nice to know. I guess i will have to get a couple. If they can run or fly, they sure should be able to vape.....

Tbh like I said, idk much about them. I just came across a site the other day discussing sub ohming using 18350s and the LiFePO were mentioned. I've been through my history folder but I can't find it. Really annoying actually bc I usually bookmark everything I find useful. But there must be something to be said about them because Nitecore have added the ability to charge them with their Intellicharger.

The problem with lipos is they are very dangerous and very finicky... The life batteries aren't so bad I would look for authentic a123 life batteries if they make them in 350 size as they are the best. I'd hate to see an mvp go up from a Lipo fire

Yes I watched a reviewer on youtube last night testing a LiFe and no matter how much power he put through it, even when he was whacking it with a sharp metal bar and puncturing it, it still wouldn't explode or vent.

This is a US site with shops in the US that sell the 18350. I'd repeat that I'd say that you'd only really buy them if you want to sub ohm safety in a 350 mode

(If you'd prefer to buy them cheaper and can wait for the China slow boat

You might also want to view a thread on a user's review of an AW lifepo4

The Efest IMRs I am using are rated at 800 mAh and the way they perform suggest that they are 800 mAh batteries.

Why drop down to 500 or 700 mAh?

Partly to sub ohm safety. Lower capacity lipos can also perform as long as their higher capacity counterparts
