Hey all, I'm making a 30ml of Caps French Vanilla Version 2 and I'm not sure what percent to use. I was thinking maybe 8% as there's no nicotine involved but I wanted some input.

I'd be at 7-8% for starters myself, but wouldn't be surprised if I wouldn't have to go higher. I don't often do stand-alones.
I really like CAP's FV, but usually use it at no more than 3% because I'm using it as a secondary, complimenting flavor.
