What is the best mechanical mod clone? I've bought all these authentic ones and I've tried my friends clones and there doesn't seem to be a difference. What is the best clone?

The best is the Nemesis, because I own one and I said it is.

I'm sure plenty of other folks will be along soon to tell you the same thing about their mods, for the same reasons.

What do you want in your mod? Material? Locking ring/no lock? Battery size? Lots of intricate design, or a bare-bones clean look? Will the mod be pocketed or put in a bag and carried around, or will it just sit on your desk? 510 pin or hybrid?

The point I'm trying to make is that different devices work for different people, for different reasons - if you don't know what you want, there's no real way to say what constitutes "the best." Maybe you've got your eye on a few different devices you could name for comparison's sake, or you could tell us what you already have and what you like/don't like about those devices?

2nd the Nemesis. I own 9 of them. I'm sure others have other reasons why the mod they will bring up is the best.

remember, the best is subjective. some hate lock rings. some hate recessed firing buttons. some hate some form of battery form factor.

I say get a nemesis clone...I think it's the best.

Minus the Nemesis. However, I agree with the rest. The best mech mod? The one you bought.

I went through about 6-7 mechs before the sig and my favorite was hands down the v3 flip clone. Built like a tank, nice engravings, lock and hits hard. I really couldn't find anything bad about it.

Im a big fan of the 4nine. Others may not like the hybrid top cap or the lack of venting but I'm totally happy with it and am glad it was my first mod...along w the Tobh V2 atty...

Hcigar Stingray X clone , seriously low voltage drop using the hybrid adapter , plus it looks badass with a Rose V2 in all metal mode .

If want something on the heavy side and built extremely well, try an all copper Panzer clone called a "Red Phoenix" made exclusively for RBAVapor. I bought one and added a magnetic switch for $7.99 more. Threads are butter, all internals are copper, lots of features and cool looking too! :D:cool:
I took mine to a friend of mine at a local vape shop that sells Fast Tech clones of the Panzers and he was impressed as hell with it.

Have this one, love it for looks and performance but wish the button was stiff enough to set it down without auto-firing...
I haven't had any auto-fire issues with either one YET.

And you can set it down without setting the lock ring? Wondering if there's something I'm doing wrong, or that I can do to stiffen the throw...

Yes, no problem without locking. Is yours a Kepler clone? In order to stiffen the throw, you might be able to replace the magnets with better ones.

Ive only tried 3 nemesis clones..2 smpl clones and one manhattan clone.

The switch on the manhattan is by far my favorite switch...the smpl copper hybrid by far the hardest hitting..My copper nemesis falls in the middle for a happy medium for me...however with an upgraded switch and soon to be hybrid conversion i may be putting the rest up for sale.

why get a clone when you can get an authentic for around $50? their mostly coming out of china anyway lol. Segelei makes a really nice one the fu chai for about 47 which has a solid copper internal sleeve than a SS outer body or my other favorite mod is the excalibur which is an all copper hybrid mod and the smallest tube mod iv ever seen. both work fantastically but the excalibur has the least voltage drop of them all its the hardest hitting mod iv tried.

I use FuHattan mods with Vulcan RDA's, & have never had a problem out of either. But recently, I've been looking hard at an El Cabron RDA, just don't know if it would be that much different. Yeah it has a 7mm deep juice well, & I think the Vulcan's juice well is a 6.5mm. So, I'm open for opinions.....:)

SMPL. Its a wicked clone that hits well and is built like a tank. It's a hybrid, but I love that aspect.

I have gone through quite a few mods in my vaping journey, only 2 were regulated, the rest all mechanicals. The best clones I have are the SMPL and Nemesis and my best authentics are a tie between my Super T Workhorses and my Altsmoke Silver Bullet.
