I know who the guy is, I’m just confused as to how the latest rendition or Rip Trippers has managed to come ahead so far in every category.
Does this guy have the thing rigged, a room full of sweat shop spammers, or does he really have that many faithful followers?

Well, of course, my opinion is going to be biased. VU is my home, it's where I've learned more about vaping, so much that I've not had to go back to smoking, even when I might have been craving smoking. Immediately, I was welcomed by the owner himself, when I popped in to say hello. I've chatted with people here long enough to form actual friendships. Deep, meaningful friendships. I'm grateful for all of this. I've also had some real LAUGH OUT LOUD moments. Y'all's some messed up motherfuckers, and I love it.

As far as dude goes... I think I might have seen 2 of his reviews. The 2nd review I'm not sure I managed to watch the whole thing. I just wasn't impressed with his vape style. Some call him honest, I thought "obnoxious". My only real run-ins with him on the forum front, he was here slamming members of VU. He brought part of his private little army with him and they pretty much followed suit. I don't care to vote for someone that, basically, joins VU to do nothing but insult our membership. He had moments to explain himself, only to turn it all against people.

Nope. Not my cup of tea. My votes for the"Best of" for 2018 PROUDLY go to VU. I even wrote one in.

With him being a shop owner of a pretty decent shop here in NJ you think he would of want honest voting instead of manipulating voters his way.

I guess any form of of his name mentioned good or bad he will take. Some just want the attention however they can get it.

As someone told me back in the day, any publicity even if negatively bad is good publicity.

I like Jai, but it's a different kind of like. If you ever wanted to watch a dude snap and beat a dripper with a hammer because it was a bit sharp around the edges or he just couldn't handle the deck, he's the dude to watch. Also has an incredibly inflated opinion of himself and how super duper high end he is. I do watch his reviews though so...

I like him better than Rip Trippers but I just don't like Rip Trippers so that doesn't mean a lot.

Maybe he gets a lot of new or fairly new vapers that don't know any better.
Or ppl that think like he does, which would be a minority imo.
Who knows what goes on behind those closed doors. Reminds me of the old shitters you used to have to put a quarter in the door to get it open.
I wouldn't put anything past him. Probably shunned if you don't vote him. I think I remember him ranting here about a year ago over the the poll? Or that VU was #1?

From where I'm sitting, he considers himself an entertainer before anything else. Vaping is just the vehicle he uses to get subscriptions, views, patreons.

If I want to see something about vaping, I'll go to where the heart for vaping is, those that let the chips fall where they may instead of wanting me to pay to participate. I think the "Best of Vaping" should be for sites that are free to the general public, not some secret pay to be somebody place where only others that pay can see.
