Hello fellow Vapors!
I purchased a beacon mod in from beyond vape and thought I'd share my first thoughts as well as some pictures. This is my first mech mod and I'm loving it so far. That being said, any advice or information you can add would be great!
So, I've been wanting a mech mod for a while now. I got an email from beyond vape for a labor day sale and went to the site to look around and came across the beacon mod. So I did some research and I heard nothing but great things about it. On top of that, with the sale it only cost me $20.00 for an authentic mod!!! Needless to say, I couldn't pass it up. Even more, it only took 2 days to get to Florida from California.
I was stoked when it came in the mail. Packaging was awesome, it came with a QC card with the serial number and initials of someone from beyond vape. No clones here! Setting this mod up was a breeze. I didn't have to do one thing for battery rattle other than put the battery in, and tighten her down. The mod itself has a nice weight to it. The fire button is perfect, not to hard, not to soft. I threw my twisted messes RDA on and she fired right up. The hit seems perfect to me, its not crazy warm, but hits really good for that warm, thick vape. So far I used the Twisted Messes RDA, a Mutationx V4, and the Nixon. Twisted RDA fits like a glove, as well as the Mutation X. The Nixon had a slight gap at the bottom, but thats where you get your airflow. All the RDA's look great on it. Here are some specs:
I am loving this mod, and $20 for an authentic is crazy cheap. It's $40.00 right now, and even at that price I'd absolutely buy one! Couldn't pass it up. If you're looking into getting a great beginner mod, this is for you. I have no complaints as of yet! I hope this can help some fellow vapors out who are in the market for a great authentic mod that won't break the bank. If you own one and have some thoughts let me know!
