What a horrible one-sided piece of trash. Not one mention of the millions of people in the US for whom e-cigs have replaced conventional cigs, who would still be smoking without them. They point out that 85% of underage consumers use "flavored" (presumably some flavor other that "tobacco") but utterly ignore that fact that something like 2/3 of the are nicotine free.
