The IPV series of mods have an internal USB charger.

So even though you can fit them with the battery of your choice, you can treat them just like a mod with a built in battery.

Also they are better built devices IMHO.

There are some high end custom boxes that are starting to use lipoly bags, none unfortunately are mass produced yet. I have held 2 separate boxes that have internal batteries that are capable of 500 watts and above =)

Smok makes the M80 - I've heard mixed reviews about it, however.

I have the m80 and thats got internal batterys. Havent had a problem with it. It also allows for vape while charging which is awesome

Plenty of other competively priced mods out there that can actually do temp control. look into the istick40 temp or joyetech evic vt or a Vaporshark dna40/200 if you really want a mod with a built in battery and temp control There are more comming out all the time.

why do people say the Smok temp control doesn't work? It works just fine for me.

20-25 watts @ 400 degrees and I never get anything but juicy flavorful tokes with never a hint of dry hit when using the same juice, same tank different coil, chain vaping drys out the wick.

I've used it with the occ nickle head @ .15 and also with a .12 nickle coil in the rba base in my SubTank with nothing but good results. As well as just a VW kanthal device.

It's a tich big for my taste, and I don't like that I inadvertently slip into mech mode occasionally but love the battery life and the vape itself.

Haven't tried the bare cotton thing but have run my tank completely dry and the only result was lack of vapor. I can't even justify changing the wick yet and it's been 2 weeks or more on this one, I checked it yesterday and there wasn't a sign of scorching.

And it blows clouds.

Personally, I've really grown to like my Smok Pro M80 Plus and at 50 bucks for a 80 watt 4400mah w / temp, it's a Smokin deal imo of course, ymmv.
