Never run your batteries below 3.2 ohms - unless you want to kill them! If you're using them on a regulated mod you're in no danger of running them too low. If you're running them on a mech mod charge when you begin to lose vapor (usually around 3.6v) It is fine to top them up - these days batteries don't suffer from the old memory problem. Keeping them topped up doesn't hurt them, but running them below 3.2 or so will kill them in a few days.

I believe @AmandaD meant never run your batteries below 3.2 Volts, but otherwise she is correct.

Ok thank you so in other words never run your battery half charge? I understand the voltage drop and ohms law just seems a fully charged battery at 4.12 volts does not take long to reach 3.2? What is the best battery for voltage drop.

For all practical purposes

4.2V = fully charged
3.7V = half charged
3.2V - dead

Although the battery will still work below 3.2V in a mechanical device it will not work well and can shorten the battery's lifespan. Letting the battery drain to 2.8V or less can cause battery failure and will most likely permanently damage the battery to the point of not functioning at all.
