Broken Tank

Hello I have an old tank , unfortunately its broken but its very precious to me since it was a gift .
can any one help with the model or where can i have spare parts.

@akidrees you need to determine if you have the original iSubG or the revised version. That replacement glass is for the revised version (28mm tall) and won't fit if you have one of the original (23mm) tanks. I've been looking for some replacement glass myself, and I have the original tanks. So far, I haven't had any luck, except one place offering custom etched glass for $10 each.
