Just wondering if anyone else has come across this I ordered 80 bucks in flavoring from bcv shipping was really fast, but when they got here one 30ml concentrate bottle happens to be inw biscuit leaked everywhere contaminated my other 3 bottles and made a huge mess. Not to mention most of my inw biscuit is gone. This was also my first order so I don't know what to think.

Definitely not the norm for BCV. Highly reputable company. Contact them and they'll make it right.

ordered 3 times of about 100 each time, only had one bottle of 30ml which had a small leak so far... only messed up the label a bit ... no big issues.

Ahh nice, mine was a 30ml bottle just about gone and it took all the labels off of new flavors so I've been trying to figure out what they was.. also hard to tell if they got contaminated cause I've never had them b4, still no reply from BVC as of today :/

I have bought from BCV for about two years now and have talked with them on the phone. There was a small problem with one of my orders and all I was doing was trying to make them aware of the issue, I didn't even want them to do anything about it but they did anyway and sent me a replacement for something that just barely leaked.

THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU ON THIS. They are a fantastic company to deal with and have earned my loyalty to purchase from them.

So I got my replacement order today wich I am very grateful for BCV was awsome about the whole issue made it right and I will definitely continue to use their services.. but this is kind of odd I must be super unlucky or just have bad ju ju but my replacement order leaked as well it was the same 30ml bottle of INW biscuit, dint leak nearly as bad but did leak a little personally I don't care cause between the original and the replacement I'm sure I have over 30ml, but I am going to let them know maybe it's the bottle they are using.. although they look exactly the same.. or I'm just diy cursed, I suspect it's more likley the latter.
