Placed an order last week and they didn't ask. Did you order restricted items?

@martybaker, that order status shows up when our credit card processor is unable to verify certain information from your financial institution. I'm guessing you placed the order over the weekend so you should have received an email from us this morning, if not, please PM me and I'll look into it. Thanks for the tag @Foggz

I was thinking that the situation sounded like a credit card issue. I placed an order on Friday and it should be here today (can't wait!!!)

They have fixed it up, just a verification issue because of different address to card. Maybe paypal would be good?
