I have been trying since April 21st to contact them on the backend. They have been completely unresponsive. They were added to the contest blacklist and yesterday I took away their sub forum and authorized vendor status.

Folks I'm sorry to say that despite my numerous attempts to contact @3Avape Official they have refused to respond.
We have taken away ALL of their privileges in this forum and they will never be allowed to run a contest here again.

At this point It's been well over a month, I'm calling this contest a bust.
