Hey guys, dug this up from the grave due to the title....

I have been trying different variations of getting a good butterscotch vape and I can't seem to get anything going, I have FA TPA Hangsens and FW and I just can't get anything that screams butterscotch creamyness at me which is what I am looking to get, I have tried a bunch recipes that I have found and the butterscotch just seems muted in all of them??

Any ideas or recipes that you would share??

Thanks guys!!

Disco.

Yup seems to be the deal lately, I have been waiting for INW biscuit for weeks, BCV finally has it and I need FA fuji also and wouldn't you know it, out of fuji but if I don't order biscuit now it will be gone so yea its a constant battle......anyway I might try some other stuff tonight, maybe I will throw some caramel in it and see what happens. I am trying to get a in your face butterscotch and it is so weird being such a strong flavor as a candy that it just won't come out in my mixes..

Fuji. Oh man... I was mixing up something for a friend, could NOT find my bottle. I dug through a mass of confusion and disorganization 3 times!! I ended up using apple a little stronger. I go to put all my stuff away, lo and behold all by it's lonesome, was my bottle of Fuji. FACE. PALM.

I mixed this up last night and today im pleasantly surprised. To me, out of a dripper it tastes like on of those yellow butterscotch candies. Im not sure what a steep will do, but its good now. This is pretty heavy on the flavoring, but I like my flavors to be 'in your face', and this certainly is. If its too much, drop the total flavoring down by 10% until you get what you like.
If your concerned about DA/ AP, Id move along
5% Bavarian Cream (TPA)
5% Butterscotch (TPA)
5% Caramel Original (TPA)
1% Cream Fresh (FA)
1% Malted Milk (TPA)

Excellent, I will try it tomorrow as I do have everything listed.....thank god.

Thanks Pauly!!!!
Damn man, thats awesome!
Please, let everyone know what you think. Personally, i am surprised how good it is. If you have any suggestions, additions or subtractions, please post em up. At the moment, every flavor seems to support the caramelly, creamy, butterscotchy flavor I was shooting for. After a week, who knows how it will be.

I didn't have the Classic Vanilla, so I subbed it with Vanilla Bourbon, and it is pretty tasty

I finally got my FA Butterscotch and mix it up with (FW)Yogurt, (CAP) Sweet Cream and (FA) Vienna Cream. If it vapes as good as it smells and tastes off my finger I'll post it. I really wanted to have Caramel in this recipe, but sadly I have none. I've been wanting to make a Caramel Yogurt for months. Salted Caramel Yogurt if I could figure that one out.

After a 2 day steep it's pretty damn good for a version 1 mix. Nice and rich and creamy. I kept the FW Yogurt at 6% so it wouldn't be too tangy. I'm loving FA Butterscotch. It's not fake candy tasting, instead I get more of the real deal almost like Butterscotch Pudding.
Butterscotch(FA) 3%
Yogurt(FW) 6%
Sweet Cream(CAP) 1.5%
Vienna Cream(FA) .5%

A recent favorite of mine. All FA flavors. I just whipped up a bunch of other butterscotch. Will post if they're any good.

Butterscotch 4%
Caramel 2%
Cookie 2%
Hazelnut 1.5%
Walnut 1%
This sounds great. I still need Caramel on my next order. I'm working on a Butterscotch Apple Cookie(first batch meh). I have Hazelnut in my flavor notes , but want to get the base down before adding it. I'll be trying your recipe as soon as I get Caramel.

The other batches turned out pretty good. My favorite is the butterscotch apple pie.

Butterscotch Apple Pie:
Apple Jacks (FW) 3.5%
Graham Cracker v2 (Cap) 1%
Vienna Cream (FA) 1%
Meringue (FA) 1%
Apple Pie (FA) 2%
Fuji (FA) .5%
Butterscotch (FA) 2%

Butterscotch Gingerbread:
Gingerbread (Cap) 6%
Caramel (FA) 1%
Butterscotch (FA) 1%
Cinnamon Ceylon (FA) 1%
Marzipan (FA) .5%
Vanilla Classic (FA) .5%
Brown Sugar Extra (TFA) 1%

I recommend reducing the gingerbread to 5% and increasing butterscotch to 2%. I'll be doing that on the next go round,

Butterscotch Cappuccino (all FA):
Butterscotch 3%
Coffee Espresso 2%
Hazelnut 1%
Vanilla Classic 1%
Vienna Cream 1%
Caramel 1%
Fresh Cream 1%

How'd the butterscotch yogurt turn out? I've toyed with FW yogurt a bit, but mostly with fruits. I'd be interested in the salted caramel too!

The butterscotch and yogurt is a great combo and taste great. In my opinion, the 2 flavors are meant for each other. I have a V2 steeping, but my V1 is definitely worth giving a try and adjust to your liking. Unfortunately I have no Caramel until my next order, if it's in stock.
Edit: This has got me thinking(ouch). Time to revisit this with some Catalan Cream in the mix.
