Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has received a PG-13 rating from the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA).
EW reports the film earned the rating due to its “intense sequences of violence and action throughout, and some sensuality.” It is not clear what the MPAA constitutes as "some sensuality" in the film, but judging by the trailers, there appears to be plenty of intense action and violence. The PG-13 logo can be seen on the official Dawn of Justice website splash page.
