Does anyone know a good starting point to make a vanilla cake using fw yellow cake? I manly have fa flavors. What is recommended starting point for fw yellow cake?

I mix Fw Cake 5% and vanilla cupcake 5% for a cake base I use with fruits or other dessert flavorings.

If I go higher than 7% on FW cake it taste weird almost rubbery.

I tried 5 and it was very light cake. So I worked it up to 10 where it's still alittle light. And I added a few vanillas. Came out ok will have to work on it
