Just misanthropic enough to be proactive but not quite affected by it enough to acknowledge self-awareness of it. There's a fine line between being outwardly angry and cripplingly depressed. They'd have to be but 1 lick away from the center of the tootsie pop. It's all about the fickle balance between pious indignation and utter self-hatred.

Or maybe the person who designed the label just wasn't paying attention. I dunno. Could be that.

Sarcasm. The first paragraph is the setup. Second one's the punchline. The joke wouldn't work if the first part made sense. I was jabbing at the fact that the OP was making a deep inquiry about something that probably has a much simpler and more obvious explanation. Being a life long atheist, native Cali doofus who makes fun of the Bible Belt and religious South... I'm a little overly sensitive and quick to jump the gun. Mea culpa.

As a political moderate atheist in the religious south, I can understand. I wish I was standing far enough away from some of the people I meet to ridicule them, but I don't want to get mobbed for espousing my evil notions.

There's still a fuck ton of un-evidenced, hyperbolic, anti-gov, CT crap in the Crimmy thread though.
