California's ban on flavored tobacco sales blocked as referendum qualifies for ballot

California's ban on the sale of flavored tobacco products is suspended after a referendum by the tobacco industry qualified for the 2022 ballot.

Hopefully, the citizens of California will repeal the ban in 2022. It's laws like this that make me glad I DIY my e-liquids. My favorite view of the State of California was in my rearview mirror 40 years ago. Some parts are gorgeous and I miss those parts until I moved to mostly cloudy Florida.
