Can I make my Cleito (0.4ohm) less hot ?

I currently have a Cleito with the stock 0.4ohm coil stuck on top of a ijust2 tube.
The Cleito coil says "40-60w", so with my simple tube, Im just making the 40w right ?

Other than the first hit after it's been sitting for a while, its way too hot for back to back hits.
Are there tube mods that allow less than 3.7v .. like, could I vape at 20w ?
Maybe I just need some long long drip tip to allow the vape to cool some ?
I currently have a stainless 1" tip stuck into the top of the Cleito , and also using one of the silicone heat ring things.. still too hot at times.

Thanks for any advice.. I wanna like this thing.. but I keep putting it down and using my e-smart instead.
The amount of vape in the Cleito I like, just not the temps..

You need to increase ohms to lower wattage, which will give a cooler vape. I use coils .9 to 1.5 ohm, which gets me 32w on down to 17w. You will decrease cloud volume with this strategy, but flavor tends to be more intense.

I have a couple of cleitos that I use with the 0.4 ohm coils at 40 watts. They do get hot with chain vaping, although it's slightly better with that rubber thingy on the top (in the packet) and a different drip tip (I like the topaz ones). Not much else you can do with this tank to reduce the heat except hit it less often LOL It really does need to run at the minimum recommended wattage of 40 watts to perform.

Have you tried the 0.6 ohm coils? I haven't but you might see if those run cooler (although from what I've heard the flavor is less).

One for each hand.
When one gets hot, use the other.

Sorry, my bad - the tank comes with a 0.2 and a 0.4, not a 0.6!

No probs Amanda.. Im back to looking for a tube mod that will allow me to dial the watts down for the given coil

ive found my clieto .4s at 30.8watts (3.4v) perform with no issues..but im not in a position to claim this to be "proper use".. if anyone knows why this would not be adviseable please let me know.. seems to keep the temp down and the clouds and flavor seem to meet at a sweet spot between 30 and 34 depending on the juice

If you know, how to build your own coils, Aspire has a RTA System (should be called RBA though). With it you could build coils with higher resistance. However, with this system, you'll loose some juice capacity. Therefore, you would need the 5 ml extension tank as well.
