Not that you should but if you bought higher concentration of nic, it would be cheaper.

A black market is only needed for stuff that is banned and/or overtaxed

But they fail to see the correlation

i figured they come up with some outrageous idea like all vapers vape 1ml of eliquid a day and you can make 360mls of 10mg/ml eliqid for $2.60 if you bought 75 years worth of nic at once.

but saying that nic would only cost you $2.60 is still a lie.

I just did the refined math and my nic costs me $6.40 per year bought from MFS at $40/liter.
And that was figuring a weekly consumption of 120 ML of DIY.
