So I'm just starting to vape and I like doing tricks and making huge clouds and don't know what mod to get I also don't mind losing the taste I want to get the Valcano dna200 or realuax rx200 can I use that for any custom coil build and almost any tank cause I only want 1 mod that can do a lot?

I'd go with the RX200, I mean $160 vs $50+batteries. If price isn't an issue the Volcano Lavabox (which I assume is what you're talking about) looks sweet as far as size, the RX200 is much heftier. But both of them should be more than capable of hitting that 200w limit and unless the Lavabox has some firmware that lets you exceed that, which it should be capable of assuming the specs are correct ( 9v 50 amp, so 450w limit), I'd save the money and just go with the RX200. Then there's also battery life to be concerned about, both will have great life, but even though you can get replacement batteries for the Lavabox, if you went on a weekend getaway how hard is it to replace the battery if you're away from a charger? I know I recently went on one and brought a couple sets of batteries and I was glad I could just pop in different batteries rather than finding an outlet.
Anyways that's my thought on that, save yourself some money if you're just looking at performance, though the Lavabox does look pretty nice.

Both mods will handle any tank with a 510 connection (which is pretty much all of them) and will give you all the power you'll probably ever want. The DNA200 board has more bells and whistles.
I have a RX200 but not the Volcano or any other DNA200. The RX200 has been flawless for me for a couple of weeks now but how it stands the test of time will take a bit of time to know. At $40 from Vapenw it doesn't break the bank though. I suspect pretty much any DNA200 mod will be better overall quality than the RX200.
It's really up to you to check out what info there is out there and make up your own mind weather the extra cost for a DNA200 mod is worth it for you. It wasn't for me, but that's just me.
One thing I really like about the RX200 is that it takes 18650 batts so I can use the batteries I have and swap them out when needed. Also, three 2500 mAh 18650s last a lot longer on a charge than most LiPo battery packs.

The thing to look out for its the volcano is battery life. My adv is another DNA200 mod with that same battery and a rapid charger. The volcano will take 2-3 hours to charge whereas say the vapor shark will take 30 minutes. The battery will get you about 3-4 hours at 80w I preferred the smaller lighter profile-200w in my shirt pocket .
But Why not combine both and get the Wismec roulouxDNA200? It s the same as the RX only with the DNA200.
Both versions would suit your needs well, the DNA does more and is a little more customizable behind the scenes with being able to set in any tcr or output curve(it's techs nerd thing). if you don't wanna mess with the tech though the RX is a great option!

If you are going to get a DNA then get the Reuleaux. If not then the RX and Cuboid are the best bang for the buck right now. Really can't go wrong with any mod I just mentioned.
