Can't Download Escribe to PC

I have a PC running WIndows 7, and after I download Escribe, I get an error message telling me I need to download Microsoft .net framework client ver4 for it to run, and of course, it will not download, just the little circle icon going round. Any ideas? Thanks.

Edit: I guess I can download the file, just can not get it to run...

Sometimes the .net framework installation can become corrupt.

1) Download, unzip and run the latest version of the .Net Framework Cleanup Tool from the bottom of this page - https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/astebner/2008/08/28/net-framework-cleanup-tool-users-guide/
2) Install 4.0 from - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992.
3) Install 4.5.2 from - http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=42642.

Thanks @fozzy71 . I downloaded the software and it is working fine. I did download the Escribe program from evolv's site, and not Vapor Shark's. That might have been the issue also... Anyway, thanks again
