Can't tell if I'm dumb or if my tank is faulty

So I bought a Vapespresso Skrr tank recently and I cannot for the life of me change the stupid coil. When i went into my local shop the owner prepped it for me like a nice guy and me being me was not paying attention to how he installed the coil. Please help I need to learn and i cannot find a guide on how to do it for this tank and the ones I've found don't help

Is the coil stuck in it?
Use rubber gloves to unscrew the bottom of the tank
then try twisting the coil out- may be tight but should twist out.
You Tube has many tutorials on mods and tanks- they really help to see how these things work.
