The trademark files earlier this month was for "Capcom Fighters Network," reports EventHubs. The description is wide-ranging enough that it could touch on a few different functions, all revolving around a fighting game hub.
One part of the trademark covers uploading, posting, tagging, blogging, and sharing data like images and information, while the second part entails pulling up friends ranks, tournament sign-ups, and online surveys. Altogether it sounds like a social network revolving around fighting games, as Capcom gears up for the release of Street Fighter 5.
