Was just about to finally apply the firmware update and whilst installing it, the ijoy software flagged up a message that the USB was disconnected and crashed!!!
Worst of all, the mod is no longer switching on...!!
As one can imagine i am very frustrated with this...
Is this something that can be rectified or should I send the mod to the garbage bin as the chances are that I will not get any assistance from ijoy...

Depending on how long you've had it, you might get some help from wherever you bought it. I'm sorry, that's the closest thing to help I can offer.

Unfortunately, following the failure, the ijoy software does not recognize the device!
