@gadget! your always helping others even if not deserved, how about you, any gear or anything you have been looking for one of us can help you obtain?
Also that Furyan can be made rite. Tear it all the way down. Clean all contact points. N make sure the springs are in correctly. Be sure it goes back together correctly n it will work. I have 1 in my hand rite now. I know them well.

@anythingonce420 so you take a handout from @gadget! , and dont even send the mod that needs fixing? You're a P.O.S the least u can do is send him a few bucks for shipping and the mod...the gesture is priceless. WTF happened here? Seems like VU just let trash into a forum that was good once upon a time...ughhh...im going back to FB where atleast if i get scammed its not with a smile.

Whoa whoa whoa calm down everyone. I'm not ghosting anyone. Gadget, I got it on Thursday just like you said and I can't thank you enough. I love it!! And I do apologize for the lag. Its been a hectic few days for me helping my elderly father move in 110° weather. It's been difficult but after the generosity you showed me it was a dick move to not keep you up to date and I sincerely apologize. Every time I would hit this thing I was reminded of how much of a dick I was being. So ya, I'm sorry. And I apologize to everyone else here as well. Especially bx10r for making you lose faith in VU. Also AvaOrchid, MyMagicMist, Lady Sarah, Fingers916, Vape Fan, DarthVapor., and anyone else who might have read this thread and was left with a bad taste in their mouth. And just to be clear, I never held Gadget responsible for my situation. In hindsight, I shouldn't have called him out by name. I should have gone with "a well-known trusted person on the forum", like AvaOrchid suggested. But I did try to make it clear I didn't hold him at all responsible and that it certainly wasn't his fault. As far as sending the Furyan to Gadget to repair, I'd be more than happy to do that. The reason why I was hesitant to do that before is because, first of all, to be perfectly honest, a new mod was just too good an offer for a financially challenged fellow such as myself to pass up. Second, the Furyan was the only mod I had, and the thought of sending it out and not having anything to vape on for several days was not a pleasant one. So now that I have another mod, I'd love to get the Furyan fixed up. Like I said before, I was able to get it to work by taking out the switch, so it does technically work, but if Gadget can make it whole again, that would be great. (Also, for some reason the firing button gets really hot sometimes. I'm not sure what thats about.) I'd also be totally ok with sending Gadgets mod back to him after he (hopefully) fixes the Furyan. Like it can just be a loaner mod while he has mine. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that's really the only option here considering it was never Gadget's wrong to make right. And I think most if not all of you would agree. As much as I love this new mod, if it means some of people's faith is restored in me/VU/this crazy world, I'd be more than happy to do that. In fact I think I'm gonna have to insist on it.
Ok I'm new as hell here but I read this thread and it literally made me a happy guy! I've been trying to find somewhere to buy and trade and also get info because I've been out of the game since around the time the segelei came out lol but seriously I'm am in the market so if anyone has some nice things for sale or trade I would def be interested 100%

The Furyan was never sent to me nor was the cost of shipping.
@Cenobite (aka Brandon Haynes) reached out to me and said he was going to send me a mod to compensate for my loss, it never happened.
And even worse...
I bought 4 RDAs from him prior to all this and I have never received them!
He is now ghosting me!

To that end, I strive to give everyone I meet, online or off, more respect than I think they deserve. I do so until their actions reach three strikes. If they strike out once, okay fine, I'll forgive and try to at least be civil and nice with them. Strike out a second time, well, I might be a bit unavailable at times for them. A third strike out and I will usually cease any communication, being around for them.
I like the Silver Rule of reciprocation. I give folks more so than deserved. If they return that, lovely, if not I'm alright too unless they blatantly are disrespectful in it. Now, this doesn't say I lack standards. Serial killers, child abusers, child molesters I have no respect for them, nor those who fiddle with the dead or critters in illicit ways. Those who disrespect my friends seem to fall in a category just over those types.
You, whoever you are, have proved yourself warranting no thought from me. Leave our realm, as you're not desired here any longer. The only thought we have of you now is you're a no good no account, being polite. None of us will transact, engage with you. You don't merit that courtesy anymore, you merit no real thought or consideration beyond that itself. You did this of your own accord. Thanks for revealing your colors.

He ain't done anything to straighten out his rep since the creation of this thread. I don't think he gives two shits what anyone thinks of him as long as he gains from it monetarily. Some folks are just like that, and it sucks. Inevitably, he will scam the wrong person, and wind up in a world of hurt because of it. I, for one, won't feel sorry for him.

@gadget!, What the hell man!! The last message I sent was me practically begging you to allow me to make this right with you!! And you didn't respond!! How are you gonna post an update like that when I tried to make it right!!
You offered to send me the Furyan to fix and if I can fix it I can send it back to you fixed and you would send the mod I sent you back.
Under the circumstances I don't want to spend another 9.00 on shipping to send the Furyan back to you.
