This is also where I take the opportunity to introduce you to some changes being made because of the FDA regulations.
As of 8/8/2016 vendors cannot give out free samples. This goes for all vaping products. What Vapers United is doing is giving one person a chance at a store credit. After it's all said and done, it will be up to the vendor and the winner to work out a solution to comply with the regulations.
The good news is if the winner claims this win fast enough, it will not effect him/her.
