First time posting here. I seem to be having problems charging my battery. It's an Efest 2000mAh 3.7V battery and the charger is just a Universal Li-ion charger. The light stays red. I plugged it up at 3 a.m. and it being 4:25 p.m. now I don't see why it's not reading a full charge or why it's not chraging fully. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

The only way to tell without test equipment is try a different battery. If all of them react the same by not charging fully it's time for a new charger, if it's just the one battery it's time to retire and replace that battery..
Hmm, what charger exactly are you using? Not all are created equally. 
One reason it might do that is if the battery had been discharged too low, like say under 3v.
Do you have a multimeter or a mod with a battery voltage readout you could check it with?
