Does anyone have a clear understanding of what's going on with shipments from China?
I have an order that was held in Chicago. After 56 days there, the vape site I bought from gave me a store credit.
I don't want to place another order, just to see this happen again.

Chicago is notorious for this, most likely lost or stolen. I was trying to get 1 more small order through before the tariffs and it landed at Chicago last Thursday, luckily it was out Friday and delivered Monday.

I wouldn't order anything direct from China until the tariff thing is sorted out. Seriously doubt customs has any systems in place to collect on the estimated 4 million small packages that arrive every day from China. Gridlock for as far as the eye can see.
Hopefully your credit won't expire for awhile.
